Arrive Early: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before departure for check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for late guests on our shared tour and operate under a strict "no show – no refund" policy.

Transportation Caution: Be cautious about relying on Uber to get to the meeting point on time, as they can be unreliable in Amsterdam. Many customers have missed their tour because of this.
