Using your ticket

Visit a De Palm Tours desk at least 24 hours before tour time to confirm the check-in time of the tour.

Our Hotel Sales Desks hours of operations are from 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00pm.

Caution: please be sure to read posted water slide rules. Pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back problems should not ride the slides.

All individuals listed on this booking are required to present a valid, form of identification upon check‑in with De Palm Tours. Guests who are unable to provide the required identification might not be permitted to participate in the scheduled tour or activity.

As a coral island, our beach can be rocky. Water shoes are recommended or you can purchase one at our Coconut Giftshop
Food and Beverage: there is a premium bar as well as Balashi beer. The food menu is different every day and the snack bar has chicken nuggets, french fries, hamburgers and hot dogs.
Cabanas for rent are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is recommended that you bring a towel and reef safe sunscreen.
You must be 8 years or older to participate in the optional SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities.
Our Chilean and Cuban flamingos can be admired from a distance with a standard ticket. To mingle with them you must upgrade to one of our premium sections.
Children 2 years and younger enter complimentary.
Caution: Please ensure you read all island poster rules. Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions or back problems should not ride the Banana Boat or using the Waterslides.
For the Upgrade Activities; SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities, a doctor’s letter of release is required if you or someone in your party has any of the following conditions: pregnancy, recent surgery, high blood pressure, epilepsy, seizures, and asthma.
It is a safety requirement that you do not snorkel or scuba dive the same day that you fly; please schedule your snorkel adventure accordingly.
