Do you want to learn about ancient cultures & their sacred rituals? In this experience, you will learn about Native American & Buddhist spiritual practices, meditate, set intentions/prayer & receive tools to heal in all aspects of life.
We will visit 3 sacred shrines within the Red Rock vortexes & learn about the ancient traditions, healing & blessings they offer.
At the Buddhist Stupa learn the heart opening chant, connecting with the love, compassion & heart healing it invokes. Spin the prayer wheels, sending out your prayers. Learn to use your new mala in a walking meditation .
At the Native American Medicine Wheel, learn about the 7 sacred directions, 4 sacred elements & Spirit Guides that preside over them. Learn how to make prayer ties & infuse your prayers into them. In sacred ceremony, offer prayers to each direction for healing of the body, emotions, mind & spirit.
At the White Tara Stupa, learn the blessings & healing of the Divine Mother. Learn her sacred mantra & powerful mudra that dispel fear & illness, bringing liberation. Chant in the presence of this shrine & end in silent meditation. Afterwards, there will be time to reflect, journal, ask questions & share experiences.
