-Please arrive 30 minutes in advance to the time of your tour for check in, sign waivers, show photo IDs and present credit or debit card used for payment.

-All plane tours departure on time. Pleases note that Miami has heavy traffic. If you are late you will miss your helicopter tour with no-refunds.

-Gratuities for the pilot is not included and it is greatly appreciated.
