In the heart of Androusa Village, explore a modern olive oil mill and be guided through the olive oil extraction and storage process, learning about the key quality characteristics of olive oil. Visit a traditional olive oil mill established in 1904. Travel back in time and discover the deep olive-growing roots of the area. Participate in a hands-on olive oil tasting and food-pairing workshop, led by a certified olive oil sommelier. Taste different olive varieties and learn to recognize what defines extra virgin olive oil.
