Discover Xenses Park, a unique experience where your senses and perception are challenged through a series of unusual environments and activities. Explore two activity circuits featuring more than 50 surreal landscapes designed to make you question what you see and feel.

Challenge your perception in a gravity-defying town, explore mysterious environments in total darkness, and slide into the clear waters of an underground cavern. You can also soar through the air on a zipline, float along a saltwater river, or relax in a warm clay stream.

Throughout the experience, you’ll encounter different environments designed to challenge your senses and turn familiar surroundings into something unexpected. Xenses offers a different way to experience nature, perception, and adventure in one visit.

Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Hotel Aloft Tulum.

The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

Using your ticket

For this tour we have meeting points in Cancún, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, people who are in hotels where we do not provide pick-ups (dowtown hotels and Airbnb´s). Please contact the customer service of the tour operator to check if we can pick you up or if we will offer you a meeting point.

We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
We are not responsibles if you forgot your personal belogings in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
If you reserve even if it is early or late, this reservation is subject to availability, you will be notified as soon as you reserve if we still have spaces, this tour is in high demand and most of the time our capacity is full
To enter the park alone, it is essential to be over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Xenses is approximately a five-hour experience.
Visitors with disabilities should always be accompanied by a family member or friend that can assist them at all times.
An official ID must be presented at the Park’s ticket booths. In case this isn’t possible, the child’s rate will apply to those who measure between 3 and 4.5 ft.
Slip and Bird Flight activities include water areas with a depth between 3.6 and 5.6 ft. It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 ft, as well as adults and children who don't know how to swim, don’t participate. Both activities are done individually.
The Bird Flight activity is recommended for children starting from five years old, with a minimum weight of 66 lbs (30 kg); the maximum weight allowed is 299 lbs (136 kg).
It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.
Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.
Some activities are not recommended for persons with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, those who get dizzy easily, with recent surgeries, back pain, who weigh more than 300 lbs, or pregnant women.
Activities including Xensatorium, Slid, Bird Flight, Riverlaxing, Sludgerie, Rain, and Xauna are not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with epilepsy.
