The Bio-Bay Swim: As darkness falls, board our boat and slide through mangrove channels into the pitch-black bay. La Parguera is the only bioluminescent bay in Puerto Rico where you can legally swim. **Visibility of the bioluminescence will fluctuate with weather, currents, and the moon cycle.**
