Start your exploration with the magnificent Kailash Temple (Cave 16), a monolithic marvel dedicated to Lord Shiva. Take a short break and then continue exploring the Ellora Caves, exploring other spectacular caves in Ellora, including the Jain caves with intricate carvings and the Hindu caves depicting elaborate stories from Hindu mythology.

Bibi Ka Maqbara, which is 30 kilometers from Ellora caves and 7 kilometers from Aurangabad city, was built by Azam Shah, son of the last Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, in memory of his mother.

Important Note: Many travelers have a question in their minds: Can they catch a flight after finishing the tour for the next day? Yes, you can do the Ellora Caves and Local Tour comfortably and catch the flight after noon. We will drop you off at the airport anytime between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Shoes have to be taken out in some caves in Ajanta. If you want to avoid it, then you can carry polythene socks together.
Note : Ajanta Caves are closed every Monday. Ellora Caves are closed every Tuesday.
