About this activity

Embark on an exciting adventure from the beautiful city of Puerto Madryn to Punta Tombo, home to South America’s largest Magellanic penguin reserve

Our tour begins with a visit to the interpretation center, where you will have the opportunity to learn about the fascinating local fauna and gain key knowledge to enter the reserve and understand the behavior of penguins.

After exploring the center, we will head towards the beginning of the trails, where we will begin our approximately 2 km hike.You will have the opportunity to witness the active life of the penguin colony. From penguins digging their caves to territorial disputes and caring for their young.
