There are three official routes that can be taken to reach Kawah Ratu Gunung Salak, namely via the Gunung Bunder Campground, Pasir Reungit, and Cengkuang Campground.

If you go via the Gunung Bunder Campground, it will take around 3-4 hours, and the route from Cengkuang Campground takes longer, between 4-5 hours.
