-Tours run daily from 08:00 to 15:30, departing every 30 minutes, 7 days a week.

-Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time slot.

Footwear: Please wear closed, secure shoes that won’t slip off while you’re suspended mid-air. Sneakers, trainers, or hiking shoes are ideal — no flip-flops, sandals, or loose footwear.
Maximum weight limit: 130kg (286 lbs). This is a general guideline based on equipment safety standards. However, in certain cases, if a guest fits comfortably and securely into the harness, our team may allow them to participate at their discretion. Your safety is always our top priority.
