About this activity

We propose you to learn more about the Lavapiés district from the urban, historical and architectural point of view. We recommend that you save some time before the aperitif by the Rastro to walk together and learn about the history of theaters, cinemas, cafés, museums or their corralas, typical buildings of houses in the authentic heart of Madrid that Traveler has declared as the coolest neighborhood of the world. Small hidden gems like the municipal printing house, rationalist industrial building of 1930 or the last in the area to have a drink like Sala Equís, the last X cinema in Madrid.
