About this activity

The Padi Freediver course introduces the student to freediving in confined water and open sea. The student freediver can prepare the theory through selfstudy with the padi touch ap. Then we will practise and train in our beach center where you will learn breathhold techniques, after some training on land you can start practising in the water from the beach or in the pool. The next day you will train in deeper water

Itinerary

Day 1 · practise in the pool

Bang Bao

we will practise breathing techniques on land, then continue the training in the pool

Day 2 · freedive training from the boat

8 hours

we join the boattrip for a full day freedive training. We have 2 stops to train on the coral reefs. Between the training we relax and have a nice lunch buffet on the boat.

Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from freediving.

Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.
