Travelling by boat along the Mekong River, we will explore many activities of the local inhabitants. First, we will take a boat along the Mekong, visiting a huge floating fish farm owned by a local family. There, we can understand how the locals make a living from the river's natural resources, while also stimulating your senses with a unique fish foot massage, a delightful experience accentuated by the soothing surroundings. Then we walk along with villagers to discover the lives of local people on a green islet in the middle of the Mekong River. A trip to the Mekong River would not be complete without a visit to a tropical fruit garden in which we will learn how locals tend to these gardens and of course enjoy some of our pickings! Finally, a local host family will prepare a cozy dinner with a hotpot soup made with local fishes, vegetables and herbs. As the sun paints the sky with hues of amber, indulge in this culinary delight while soaking in the picturesque vista, an unforgettable moment harmonizing with the rich cultural tapestry of the Mekong Delta.
