River Antoine Estate Rum Distillery

Passing by

River Antoine has been making rum the same way since 1785 — by hand, powered by a water wheel, with nothing but sugarcane, fire, and generations of tradition. This is not a polished distillery experience. It's the real thing, and that's exactly what makes it unforgettable.

Your guide picks you up from your hotel or cruise port in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle and takes a scenic route through the rolling Grenadian countryside before arriving at one of the Caribbean's most remarkable working distilleries. You'll witness the entire process — from the creak of the water wheel to the slow simmer of molasses — and finish with a tasting of the distillery's famous 69% and 75% rum (be warned: even the mildest bottle has a kick).

Just 10 guests maximum. No rushing, no crowds — just an intimate, knowledgeable guide and a story that stretches back over 200 years.
