Join us to relive the history of La Antigua Guatemala by walking through the main streets of the colonial city. Visit the facade of La Merced Church and the Arch´s Avenue, heading to the Main Plaza and the San José Cathedral Church (if available). You will have time to visit El Carmen ruins, a handicraft market, and San Peter of Bethancourt´s Sanctuarium. Taste the delicious Mayan Chocolate and learn how to prepare it the way the ancient Mayas did. To end this tour, we will take you to the Archeology Museum and Jade Factory where you can learn its history and appreciate the beautiful jewels made out of national Jade by Mayan descendants’ artisans.
