Munich – City of Art Tour

About this activity

You will get a brief introduction to the individual galleries (without interior visits). What building was an innovation for European museum architecture at the time? You will continue your tour to Neue Pinakothek. You will see the selection of masterpieces of the 19th century. You will be inspired by Pinakothek der Moderne with its few museums. How many artworks are displayed in Museum Brandhorst? The Glyptothek (antique sculptures from Greek and Roman times), the State Collection of Antiquities, Lenbachhaus gallery, the State Collection of Egyptian Art and the Crystal Museum are also noteworthy. During the walk, our professional guide will encourage participants to visit the various museums on their own, where they will encounter a unique density of world-renowned art.
