Private Walking Tour of Rome and a Cooking Class

About this activity

Explore the city with your own guide and wrap the experience up with a cooking class.

Walk down the cobblestones of the Eternal city and reveal not only the history of the most famous squares and fountains but also the curiosities about them. Enjoy the beauty of the architectural masterpieces such as Spanish steps and Navona square; Explore the places where ancient meets the present and visit the Pantheon; discover the ruins of the ancient aqueduct and toss a coin into the Trevi fountain to ensure your return to Rome.

After the walk, head to the local restaurant and learn how to make pasta from scratch under the guidance of the professional chef, who will reveal the secrets of authentic Roman cuisine. After the class, enjoy a three-course lunch or dinner paired with the local wine.

The sample final menu consists of:

  • starter (Jewish style artichoke)
  • a pasta dish with a sauce of your choice
  • dessert (ciambelline al vino rosso)
  • a glass of local wine, beer or a soft drink
