Using your ticket

You must get to the place on your own way unless you have booked a ticket with transportation. If the shared shuttle (only from La Fortuna) is included, you must send the name of the hotel as soon as possible to the email [email protected] or by WhatsApp at +1 312-940-7044. Cancellations are not accepted with less of 15 days in advance. If you decide dont go, the reservation will be recognized as a no show and 100% will be penalized.
