About this activity

Kinderdijk Tour; A Peaceful Escape from Rotterdam

Leave the city behind and explore one of the most iconic and traditional Dutch landscapes: Kinderdijk, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Whether you're starting from Rotterdam Cruise Port, Central Station, or your hotel in the city center, we’ll take care of everything from the moment your tour begins.

We’ll start the day with a relaxing cup of coffee or tea before making our way to Kinderdijk by boat. Once there, you’ll have the chance to discover this unique Dutch polder landscape by bike, or by walking, if you prefer. We'll also step inside one of the historic windmills to experience life as it once was.

We keep our tours personal and flexible. Whether you want to take your time or adjust the pace or focus of the tour, we’re happy to accommodate. No big crowds, no rushing; just a memorable and peaceful Dutch day out.

Small-Group Private Touring

To keep our tours personal, high-quality and financially sustainable, some smaller bookings may be combined with other guests traveling at the same time.

TourGroups are intentionally kept small — usually between 2 and 8 guests, with an absolute maximum of 10 people — allowing for a flexible, interactive and personal experience that still feels far more intimate than traditional group tours.

Unlike large bus-style tours, our experiences remain locally guided, relaxed and adaptable to the group. This approach also allows us to continue including extras, local insights and the authentic TourGuys experience without compromising quality.

Guests looking for a fully exclusive experience can always contact us for a custom private booking option.
