About this activity

You will explore the Bodrum city with your guide privately. You can design your program with your guide and if you visit the castle or shopping in Bodrum it can be accommodated.

After exploring the ancient treasures of Bodrum Castle, we will continue our journey through history by visiting a traditional weaving workshop just 10 minutes away. Here, we will discover one of Anatolia’s oldest living arts, a weaving tradition that has survived for more than 3,000 years.

As local women demonstrate the skills passed down through generations, we will learn about the stories, symbols, and techniques behind this remarkable craft. Accompanied by freshly made Turkish gözleme and genuine local hospitality, this experience will allow us to witness a living heritage that remains an important part of village life today.

Rather than viewing history behind glass, we will experience it firsthand—through the people who continue to preserve and practice this ancient tradition every day.+
