Pickup Details:

On the actual day, once you've cleared custom, got your bags, head to the arrival pickup area.
Please take note on your exit door number and the pillar number at the pickup lanes, it'll be best if you can send him a picture of the pillar/number via WhatsApp.
Once your driver received your update, he will start driving from the airport designated waiting area (which is about 5-10 minutes away) to you.

Driver's Contact:

The assignment of driver will be on the day before your transfer, his mobile number with vehicle details will be sent to you then.

Using your ticket

You will be contacted to re-confirm your flight ETA and the time of pickup. On the day before your arrival, you will also be provided the means of contact with your driver.
Please coordinate with your driver for the designated pickup "door" at the "Arrival Pick Up Lane". The preferred mobile app to use in Malaysia will be WhatsApp.
Please await for your driver at the agreed Arrival Pick Up Lane for your transfer to Ipoh using our air-conditioned comfortable vehicle.
