• Wheelchairs are accessible in the venue. The staff will notify the suitable visit route and other notices before entry, and barrier-free lavatory is also available inside. For travelers who wish to bring their own wheelchairs, the local staff on-site will put on the dust covers before entry

• Please note the following works (Waterfall of Light Particles at the Top of an Incline and Soft Black Hole - Your Body Becomes a Space that Influences Another Body) are not accessible for wheelchairs due to safety reasons

• The QR Code is Valid only on selected date(s) and time slot(s). The time slot will be half hour.

• Student ticket holders must present their personal ID and student ID upon admission for identity verification

• Elementary school students( 13 to 17 years) must entry with at least one adult
