Despre activitate
The spirit of Japan endures in Samurai. A Samurai is not a swordsman, but one who carries the sword in the heart. Be Samurai. Only then does Japan reveal itself. Walk the path with Kendo Spirit.
◉Why Kendo?
Kendo is not a sport born from modern design.
It is a living tradition shaped by samurai to survive, transformed to preserve Bushido, and passed down through the body, generation after generation.
It is still practiced today because its spirit is still needed.
Bushido lives on, in its purest form, through Kendo.
◉Who this experience is for
This experience is for those who are curious about Japan beyond the surface.
For those who value discipline, respect, and meaning over entertainment.
For those who want to experience the spirit of Bushido through their body, not just hear about it.
You don’t need kendo experience.
You do need an open mind and a willingness to face yourself.

Itinerar
You don’t start by holding a sword. You start by understanding where kendo comes from, and why the spirit of Japan lives within it. Etiquette and Respect Before training, you calm your mind and bow. Not as a formality, but as a way to face others with respect. Ki – Spirit You learn how samurai express their presence and fighting spirit, not through anger, but through focused intent. Tai – Body You practice traditional footwork that keeps the body grounded, balanced, and ready. Ken – Sword Only then do you learn how to hold the sword, how to swing it, and how to move with it. Ki-Ken-Tai-Itchi Spirit, sword, and body come together. This is the foundation of a true samurai strike. Match You put everything into practice in a real kendo match. Those with courage may challenge a veteran kendo instructor and feel the pressure up close. Demonstration Watch an intense match between instructors and witness the power and control of real kendo. Closing Etiquette After training together, everyone bows once more, carrying respect until the very end.
