    Odori Park is Sapporo’s most well-loved park and boasts a fragrant rose garden, fountains throughout the middle and various interesting statues.The park stretches about a kilometer and in early February, the park becomes the main site of the Sapporo Snow Festival.

  5. Hokkaido Shrine Ton-gu

    Discover the city’s famous temples and shrines, its history and culture as you explore with your Host and get a feel for this modern city.

    Hokkaido Shine for example was built in 1869, this nature-rich Shinto shrine honors 4 deities, including the Emperor Meiji.

  6. Maruyama Park

    This spacious park, measuring about 70 hectares, stretches out next to the Hokkaido Jingu shrine. With amenities such as a zoo, a recreational canal, a public square, and sports facilities, the park is the perfect place to partake in truly locals' activities. It is also a popular spot for cherry blossom viewing.

  7. Mt. Moiwa

    The mountain is a popular sightseeing spot for the spectacular view from an observation deck at its summit (recommend climbing up after sunset).
