Start your culinary journey with a wine and olive oil tasting on the outdoor patio. The extra virgin olive oil that you will try and cook with is pressed from Giorgia’s olive trees. Next learn to cook a traditional Italian meal from Giorgia’s grandmother’s recipes that have been passed down through generations of her family. Your hands-on Italian cooking class in Radda in Chianti will last about two hours. You will learn to make 3 dishes made from scratch; an appetizer like panzanella (Tuscan tomato, cucumber and bread salad), a homemade pasta like tagliatelli, ravioli or maltagliati from scratch along with a Bolognese sauce (ragu) and tiramisu.
