Pritchard Park, famous today for its lively Friday night drum circle. But long before the tourists arrived, this spot served as a tense rallying point for troops during the Civil War. Locals swear that on quiet nights, you can still hear the faint, chilling beat of spectral war drums echoing from the empty trees—or maybe it's just a local condo owner who didn't want the Friday jam session to end. LOL (inside joke)

- Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

- Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties are not allowed on the Haunted Comedy Tour.
- Anyone under the age of 17 will not be allowed to board LaZoom, even if a ticket has been purchased for him or her. And any such ticket will not be refunded
