Travel into the protected waters of Resurrection Bay in search of gray whale on their annual migration through Alaskan waters on this 4-hour excursion. Gray whales migrate over 5,000 miles from Baja to the Bering and Chukchi Seas each year in search of food. They begin their migration north in late February and travel through Alaskan waters in the spring. In addition to gray whales, watch for humpback whales, orca, Steller sea lions, sea otters, Dall's porpoises, harbor seals, bald eagles, and many other types of marine birds.

Join the season's first Seward cruise through Resurrection Bay to the Gulf of Alaska in search of wildlife, surrounded by snow-capped peaks and stunning spring scenery. Search for migrating whales and resident wildlife as you take in the rugged beauty. Watch for Steller sea lions, sea otters, Dall’s porpoises, harbor seals, bald eagles, and more. In spring, you may even see mountain goats with their newly born kids and a chance for early season humpback whales or orcas.
