In order to have the best experience and to enjoy our museum fully, please plan for a 2-3 hour visit if you have purchased both special exhibition and general admission (main galleries).
The main museum is open Thu–Sun, 10am–5:30pm (last entry at 4:30pm).

Please be aware that there are two Montgomery Streets in San Francisco—the museum is located in the Presidio of San Francisco, NOT in the Financial District. Remember to enter the zip code 94129 when planning your route.
There are many ways to get to the museum. Below is a short list of recommendations. For comprehensive details, visit waltdisney.org/transportation.
Parking: There are multiple parking lots in The Presidio. The largest and closest is located on the Main Post across from the museum, between Lincoln Ave and Sheridan Ave. Paid parking is enforced from 8am–6pm; please see posted signs and machines for current rates.
Rideshare: Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is located in front of the museum.
Bus: Presidio GO Shuttle: Free shuttle system operating around the Presidio, and between the Presidio and downtown San Francisco
