    Kavalan Distillery is renowned for producing world-class single malt whisky. With pristine local water and a subtropical climate, Kavalan whisky boasts a rich, well-rounded flavor that has earned numerous international awards.

    At the distillery, visitors can explore the exhibition area to learn about the whisky-making process and enjoy whisky tastings. They can also discover how different cask types and climatic conditions influence the whisky’s flavor profile.

    For an additional fee, visitors can also take part in a DIY whisky-blending experience at the distillery.

  2. Jim & Dad's Brewing Company

    Jim & Dad’s is a local brewery and Taiwan’s first brewery tourism facility open to the public. It is known for its creative beers infused with local ingredients, including pomelo, ginger, makauy (Taiwanese mountain pepper), and more.
