If you are coming from a cruise ship, you can ask the Cruise Terminal Tourism Office to call the supplier for you. If you get to the meeting point and the tour has already left, ask Cafe des Arts, next to the theater, to call the supplier for you. If you are late, or miss the tour and do not contact the supplier in advance, you will not be refunded.
