You can present either a printed or electronic voucher on your smartphone to the CityTour bus driver.

Please make sure you board a CityTour bus. Helsinki has more than one Hop-On Hop-Off operator. CityTour buses and Hop-On Hop-Off stops are marked with the CityTour logo and red-colored stop signs.

Bus & Boat Combo: The Hop-On Hop-Off bus and Royal Line sightseeing cruise have separate departure points, but they are within easy walking distance of each other.

Boat departure: The Royal Line sightseeing cruise departs from Helsinki Market Square (Kauppatori). Look for the red-colored Royal Line flags at the departure point.

Bus stops 1 and 2 are approximately a 5-minute walk from Helsinki Market Square, making it easy to combine the bus tour with the sightseeing cruise.

Please arrive at the Market Square in good time before your selected cruise departure.

Cruise passengers: Harbour bus stops are used on certain cruise ship days. If you are visiting Helsinki on a cruise, please allow sufficient time to return to your ship, as traffic and operating conditions may affect journey times.

Accessibility: The Hop-On Hop-Off buses are wheelchair, stroller and pram accessible and are equipped with a ramp. Please note that accessibility on the sightseeing cruise may differ from the bus. Sundeck of the boat tour can only be accessed with stairs.
