Your final stop is Zhongyi Hall in Foshan, an important Lion Dance heritage center dedicated to preserving Southern Lion Dance, a recognized Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage. The center is well known for its traditional Three-Star Southern Lion style and plays an important role in promoting Lingnan Lion Dance culture.
During this 90-minute experience, you will learn about the history and cultural meaning of Lion Dance, discover the craftsmanship behind making lion heads, practice basic lion dance movements, and try traditional drumming techniques.
