Launch from Silver Lake sand dunes and paddle out on a kayak or paddle board to view history firsthand, just 150 yards offshore. With all the necessary gear provided, including wetsuits and snorkeling gear, you'll enjoy approximately 45 minutes of snorkeling in the pristine waters of Lake Michigan. Choose from two tour options, with a minimum of three participants and a maximum of six for a small group experience. Perfect for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike.

Meet at Hart carpool lot just off of Highway 31. Load into 4x4 SUV and head to Silver Lake State Park.

Silver Lake Sand Dunes

After meeting at the carpool lot we will drive into the Silver Lake Sand Dunes ORV area and drive over the sand dunes in 4x4 SUV to get to the beach on Lake Michigan. Once on the beach we will go over safety checklist and procedures, put on wetsuit and snorkeling gear, grab a paddle board and paddle out to shallow water shipwreck about 150 yards off shore known as the Novadoc. We will attach paddleboards to mooring buoy and snorkel around the shipwreck for around 45 minutes. When done snorkeling we will load back up on paddle boards and paddle back to the shore. Once on shore we will rinse off gear, load up gear into SUV and drive back over the sand dunes to the carpool lot.
