The permanent exhibition presents a central aquarium of 5 million liters of saltwater, surrounded by North Atlantic, Antarctic, Temperate Pacific and Tropical Indian Ocean habitats. This creates the effect of a continuous ocean.
The visit covers two levels: terrestrial and underwater, showing different oceanic climates, such as temperate, tropical and cold waters.

The Oceanarium is much more than an aquarium is a science and education center dedicated to the conservation of the oceans. The main building, surrounded by water, is divided into different areas that represent marine habitats from various parts of the world, such as the North Atlantic, Antarctic, Indian and Pacific.
The highlight is the central tank, with more than 5 million liters of saltwater, where sharks, rays, tuna and many other species swim. Around this reservoir, there are thematic zones that simulate coastal ecosystems, with penguins, marine lontras, corals, anemones and tropical fish.
The mission of Oceanarium is to promote the conservation of the oceans through environmental education, scientific research and public awareness.
