Time to slow down and enjoy the original Greek meze culture. We’ll pair crispy, flavor-packed courgette fritters (kolokithokeftedes) and sardines marinated (a Greek delicacy) with a shot of traditional Tsipouro! Then we will savor authentic dolmades and spicy pastourma (air dried cured meat) beautifully matched with the iconic anise-flavored Ouzo. Yamas! (Cheers!)

To top it all off, we'll share a refreshing, sweet shot of Mastiha—a unique, aromatic liqueur made from tree resin found only on the Greek island of Chios.
