When you arrive to Gardner's Basin, use Back Bay Ale House as your destination, you can check in directly at the boat. Follow the signs for ENTER HERE for boat rides. Or you can stop at the office, located at the main parking lot under the American Flag, to check in and obtain a boarding pass. Either way is fine, just have your confirmation pulled up on your phone for quicker service.
