At your own workstation, you'll learn the secrets of authentic Austrian apple strudel — from stretching the dough paper-thin without tearing it to filling and rolling your strudel to perfection. No prior baking experience needed — we'll guide you every step of the way. And there's more: you'll also create one of our favourite Austrian pastries together — a second little masterpiece to enjoy warm alongside your strudel.
