Despre activitate
This experience combines three things you rarely get in one outing: a small-group boat tour, yoga on a Casco Bay island, and a celebratory drink on the water. Choose a morning experience with mimosas and bakery favorites or an afternoon flow followed by a guided four-wine tasting and savory bites.
With only a handful of guests, the experience feels personal, relaxed, and completely different from a traditional boat tour or yoga class.

Itinerar
Escape Portland for a small-group Casco Bay boat experience with island yoga and your choice of a morning mimosa outing or afternoon wine tasting. Choose 'Island Yoga + Mimosas' for a scenic morning cruise, all-levels yoga by the water, mimosas, and morning bites from a favorite Portland bakery. Or choose 'Island Yoga + Wine' for an afternoon island flow followed by a guided tasting of 'four wines' with savory bites aboard the boat. Private experiences are also available on **Casco Bay and Sebago Lake** for birthdays, bachelorettes, celebrations, and other groups, with options to customize yoga, wine, mimosas, and cruising. **EMBODY Aboard** is also available for guests who want to bring private yoga, wine tasting, or both to their own yacht or private vessel.
