Cangshan Mountain hike and organic homemade dinner

We will do meditational hiking from a narrow gate of steps up to Cangshan mountain near 3.5km for hiking,then 1.5km of flat road on Jade belt Road,Passing by Zhonghe temple, we will have a rest there and take some snacks, sitting under the sunshine and enjoy beautiful full view of Erhai lake in front of you, after that, 4.5km wild road down to the Zhonghe station, then go to my home for organic food dinner with red wine or Chinese Pu'er Tea, and go for a walk in Dali ancient town after dinner,I will recommend tea house with Japanese yard, cafe with European vintage decorations, or cocktail bar with English speaker owner.You are freely to stay for a while or go on searching.

Organic vegetable salad with roasted duck leg — mostly we will have lettuce, sweet pepper,chinese cabbage, carrot, onion, korean chilli sauce, Italian vinegar as salad · Miso soup with mushrooms — Like a famous soup in Japan, we"ll have vegetables like mushrooms, spinach, local coriander leaves, yunnan toufu etc · Roasted Duck leg with rosemary in my yard — The duck leg will be preserved in salt, first steamed,then roated with rosemary in my yard,together with chopped scallion. · Dali Local yogurt or Sweet dumplings or striped rice cake — This is local yogurt with Chia seed and seasonal fruit like blueberry.Or Sweet dumplings with black sesame inside. Or striped rice cake in milk
