Declared a historical-artistic monument in 1941.
Its origin dates from the 15th century, and it is one of the few extraordinarily well-preserved palaces in the city of Valencia. The strange and voluptuous facade, and its original and artistic decoration causes special interest among locals and tourists.

the Quart Towers or Quart Gate was one of two fortified gates of the medieval wall of Valencia that still stand. The assembly consists of two semi-cylindrical towers joined by a central body, where the door itself opens, with the shape of a half-pointed arch.
