Cachasol Farm Distillery is a working coastal farm distillery, think Napa meets agave on the coast. Forbes called Cachasol "a destination, not just a label," and this tour is the clearest way to understand why. We begin with a welcome cocktail at the Cachashade Bar, then, we walk through the production spaces where you'll learn the nuances between tequila & raicilla, how agave species, process, and natural environment shape flavor, & why we built an on-site raicilla distillery to tell a deeper story about agave beyond tequila. You'll try our estate-made raicilla, produced right here on the farm, followed by Cachasol Blanco & Epic Strength, our award-winning, additive-free tequilas made with 100% Nayarit-grown agave and IPA-inspired fermentation. We taste cooked agave, explore proof, fermentation, and production choices, and pair the spirits with fresh bites from the kitchen to make the flavors come alive. We finish with a full farm-to-table dinner from our open-fire kitchen.
