Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

Please ensure that the phone number provided during booking is registered with WhatsApp and that you have an active internet connection (mobile data or airport Wi-Fi) upon arrival. This will allow your driver to contact you and assist with a smooth and hassle-free pickup.

Prices are charged per vehicle, not per passenger. The total number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle capacity selected during booking.
