Miraflores Lima: Cooking Class Ceviche, Tartar & Pisco Sour

We will meet you in Miraflores and take you to our cozy house, in the most exclusive district of Peru. The experience is led by chef José Antonio, with more than 15 years of experience in restaurants in Lima and Miami, along with his wife María Alejandra. We work with limited quotas to provide personalized attention. All ingredients are purchased the same day to maintain freshness. We are producers of pisco, so you will taste among 17 artisan flavors made by us. Each participant prepares and enjoys their own dishes. We'll start by tasting exotic fruits. We’ll prepare a tuna tart, then learn the official recipe for Pisco Sour, and finally cook our classic Ceviche, considered by many guests to be the best in Peru. We will finish with a surprise dessert and you will receive a small gift of our experience. We will also send you the photos, videos and recipes of the experience. Free return to the meeting point or the El Olivar Forest or Huaca Pucllana. We have vegetarian options, gluten free and adapt the menu to allergies or food restrictions.

Tuna tart — Fresh fish of the day tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, avocado and Peruvian lemon. Served with soda cookies and sesame seeds around. · Pisco Sour — They will taste between 17 flavors of pisco, to make their own Pisco Sour · Traditional Peruvian Ceviche — Fish Sole, Peruvian chili peppers, Peruvian corn, red onion, coriander (optional), fried bananas ("chifles") and Peruvian lemon. · Exotic Peruvian Fruit — A super sweet fruit that grows in the Lima mountains. You'll never imagine its taste!
