Join an exclusively small-group experience (up to 5 participants) to explore the art of ramen-making and Japanese home cooking. Start at a family-owned ramen noodle factory in Yokohama, with three generations of craftsmanship. Learn about the history and techniques of ramen noodles, then create your own custom noodle by choosing from various doughs and cutting blades to suit your taste. Next, visit a welcoming local home for a hands-on session where you’ll prepare a delicious Japanese meal: a salad with crispy sardines and tofu, handmade gyoza, ramen topped with tender chashu and a soft-boiled egg, and a matcha dessert. Pre-prepared chashu ensures you can focus on mastering other dishes. Pescatarian and vegetarian options are available. Please inform us at least three days in advance. Before enjoying your meal, raise a glass of sparkling plum wine, or opt for a non-alcoholic drink. Gather around the dining table and share a fun, lively meal together, creating wonderful memories in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
