Unlock your creativity in this hands-on epoxy resin geode art class! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create stunning, one-of-a-kind geode-inspired artwork using epoxy resin. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience with resin art, this class will guide you through the process step by step. What to Expect: • Introduction to Epoxy Resin: Learn the basics of mixing and working with epoxy resin, including safety tips and techniques. • Creating a Geode Design: You’ll be taught how to pour and manipulate resin to create the layered, crystalline effect typical of geode formations. Learn how to design the perfect geode on a rectangular or circle wood board side about 12” from the base colors to the intricate details. • Adding Texture and Depth: Explore techniques to add texture, such as using natural gem stones, crushed glass, glitter, and metallic powders to mimic the natural, sparkling look of a real geode. • Finishing Touches: Discover how to achieve a flawless, glossy finish, and take home a beautiful, ready-to-hang piece of art. It will be ready for pick up after 24 hr of curing time. All materials provided, including resin, wood planks, pigments, tools and ppe.

You can find free street parking , on couple city parking lots (by Mana Foods, by Shell gas station and enjoy 7 min stroll through historic Paia town) or right at studio address on paid lot.
Acrylics are fun and can be messy, wear something “color friendly”.
You are welcome to bring any memorabilia, sand, sea shells, flowers etc. if you like to add on decorations on your board.
