Ebisu Tokyo Onigiri Workshop Experience Japanese Culture

Menu: 3 types of rice balls (traditional, grilled rice balls) and tamagoyaki (rolled omelet). You'll learn the essential skills for cooking perfect onigiri, beginning with selecting the right rice and preparing it in a donabe (traditional clay pot). The course also covers creating simple Japanese side dishes and tips for beautifully packing a bento box. By the end, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to recreate these delicious dishes at home. Join us to explore the rich cultural heritage of Japan through the art of onigiri.
