Rising above the Nakdong River directly across from Hahoe Village, Buyongdae Cliff offers the single most dramatic view of the entire settlement — the river wrapping around the village in a graceful S-curve, framed by pine forest and sandy banks.

A UNESCO World Heritage Site where the Pungsan Ryu clan has lived for over 600 years — without ever relocating.     Dating back to the Joseon Dynasty, Seomun Market is Daegu's largest traditional market and one of the most famous in Korea. Wander through lively alleys packed with food stalls, fabric and hanbok shops, and local snacks. Try Daegu's signature flat dumplings (napjak mandu), a warm bowl of knife-cut noodles, or crispy seed-filled hotteok for a true taste of everyday Korean life.

    Rising above the Nakdong River across from Hahoe Village, Buyongdae Cliff offers the best view of the entire village. From the top, watch the river wrap around the village in a graceful S-shaped curve, framed by pine forest and sandy riverbanks. It is a peaceful spot to end the day and one of the most photogenic views in Andong.
