Itinerar
1. You will receive a brief introduction to the standards and processes of high-quality coffee production. You will know how coffee is produced in Colombia in case you cannot go to a farm. 2. You will blindly grade several coffee types, using a professional coffee sensory protocol. You will be able to interact with the attendees when evaluating them. 3. You will understand how coffee flavors are extracted through some of the best Colombian samples. 4. You will understand concepts such as fragrance, aroma, body and aftertaste, and how they help you enjoy the true taste of coffee. 5. You will appreciate the real difference between low and high quality coffee. The experience ends with a brief coffee preparation class and some coffee consumption recommendations.
