Cum folosești biletul
Ballooning activity is subject to weather conditions. For this reason, the date initially agreed upon could be changed. In the event of cancellation due to weather reasons, a new date will be proposed that matches the availability of the client.
Please note that until 24 hours before the activity it is not possible to confirm with complete certainty. The day before the flight you will receive a WhatsApp message confirming if the weather conditions are favorable, along with the time and meeting point.
The best conditions to fly are given at dawn, so the rendezvous time varies throughout the year depending on the time of sunrise in each season.
Voyager Balloons’ priority is to ensure maximum safety, so no flight will ever take place in adverse weather conditions.
